Guard Bar Complete FSBM-9H/BFS-270

My dealings with Matt at Styron Ag has been 5* Excellent. My dealings with Estes Freight on this current shipment was pitiful. First of all, the driver called to say the shipment did nit get loaded on his truck. Then he calls to say the truck he thinks it was loaded on cannot look for it until he makes a few more deliveries. Then he calls back to say not on that truck. Then he calls to say he has the shipment on his truck, but needs someone to meet him 35 miles away to accept the package because he doesn't want to drive all the way out to our farm. I'm hoping he has a good resume or knows someone that can tweak his for him.
