Shipping - Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Styron Ag are made pursuant to a shipment contract with third-party vendors. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Styron Ag is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment. It is your sole responsivity to properly document, photograph, or otherwise appropriately record any damage to your item/shipment and submit a claim to the carrier for same. Furthermore, Styron Ag is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipping delays or failure to deliver an item within a certain time frame. Any reference to shipping and or delivery time-frames on the web site, or in any communication in any form from Styron Ag, are estimates only and are not to be construed as a guarantee that any delivery will take place at a certain date or time, or within a certain time period. Styron Ag expressly denies any obligation to deliver any item or product within a certain time frame or on a certain date or time. Delivery of, or shipment of, any item that takes longer than any estimate provided by Styron Ag does not constitute valid grounds for return of the item. Shipping delays are relatively common due to fluctuations in seasonal demand and product production.
Shipping – Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the information provided by you to Styron Ag. The fees based on this information are charged in advance of the shipment when your order is placed. It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the information you provide is accurate, or additional fees may result. The sole final determination of shipping fees is based on carrier classification of items being shipped and the destination address/location type provided by you. Any increase in shipping fees resulting from discrepancies between information provided by you and carrier classifications are the sole responsibility of the customer. Examples of such discrepancies include, but are not limited to, providing an incorrect delivery address or changing the delivery address once an order is placed; selecting an incorrect delivery address type (i.e. selecting terminal/commercial delivery for a residential address); failing to indicate the need for a lift gate, failure to take delivery from the carrier, etc. You hereby authorize Styron Ag to collect any said additional shipping fees by applying a charge against your original method of payment or by any other methods available. Return Policy
Styron Ag retains the exclusive and sole right whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order canceled. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Styron Ag. Styron Ag will accept returns on item(s) within seven (7) days of delivery, of new, unused item(s) in original packaging. Refunds accepted by Styron Ag will be for the cost of the item(s) only, less any restocking fees--see below.
Shipping fees, freight charges, credit card processing fees, delivery and/or handling charges are not refundable. Customers ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING FEES. In the event Styron Ag arranges for return shipping on the customer's behalf, return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund provided to customer. Styron Ag will not accept returns of any item(s) after seven (7) days from delivery. All returned item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Important Notes:
- Used/Damaged machine(s)/items will not be accepted
- Cancellation of order(s) are accepted prior to order being shipped
- Shipping fees, freight charges, credit card processing fees, delivery and/or handling charges are not refundable
- Returns not accepted after 7 days of delivery

***All Equipment sold by Styron Ag are covered by the manufacturer warranty
**Customers, it is your responsibility to check your order for damage and/or missing parts BEFORE you sign for your goods. Ground shipping and LTL truck shipping, boxed or wrapped, requires you to check for damage before signing for delivery. Please be aware that shipping companies WILL NOT pay for any damages and/or missing parts incurred during shipment when that damage is not noted AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY with the delivery driver.
