Warranty Policy

At Styron Ag Parts & Equipment, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality agricultural equipment and parts. This warranty policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding warranty claims for the products we sell.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All new equipment sold by Styron Ag Parts is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods, coverage, and limitations are determined solely by the manufacturer. For specific warranty terms, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation included with your product.

Styron Ag Warranty Policy

  • Notification Requirement: You must notify Styron Ag Parts of any issue before any repairs are made. Failure to notify us voids any warranty claim.
  • Authorization Required: Warranty claims must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized repairs, third-party service, or self-repair without our written approval are not reimbursable under any circumstances.
  • Parts Replacement Only: If your claim is approved, Styron Ag Parts will supply replacement parts only to correct the manufacturer defect. Labor costs, service fees, or third-party repair expenses are not covered unless explicitly authorized in writing by Styron Ag Parts before work is performed.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Warranty Period: Most products carry a 12-month warranty from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.

What Is Not Covered

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Failure to follow proper operating or maintenance procedures
  • Normal wear and tear items (blades, belts, bearings, etc.)
  • Damage due to abuse, neglect, accident, or misuse
  • Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., lost time, income, or crops)

No Returns on Machinery

As stated in our Shipping & Return Policy, all sales of machinery and equipment are final. We do not accept returns on any machinery once delivered, regardless of use or operation.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us immediately via phone or email to report the issue.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photos/videos of the problem.
  3. Wait for Styron Ag Parts to review and approve your claim before taking any action.
  4. Once approved, we will ship the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.

Important: Performing repairs without prior authorization from Styron Ag Parts will result in the denial of any reimbursement or claim.
