    Hard to level mower, no exact way to do. Doesn't cut evenly, leaves grass uncut in places. Never received correct manual for the mower, even after repeated requests. Office gave support but only after multiple phone calls, texts, and emails; seemed too busy to support after the sale. Paid for delivery to residence, had to pick up from carrier. Requested difference in delivery fees returned, which was not given. This is why I'm giving the product and support only a "3" rating.
